Disclaimer
In one sentence: these are careful estimates to help you understand what you may be owed — not legal or financial advice, and not a binding figure.
Estimates, not advice
The calculators and guides on GulfPaycheck are for general information only. They don't constitute legal, financial, tax or employment advice, and using them doesn't create any professional relationship. Your actual end-of-service settlement depends on your employment contract, your employer's policies (which may be more generous than the legal minimum), the specific circumstances of your departure, and any agreement you reach.
We aim to be accurate — and we show our work
Every formula we use is checked against the relevant labour law and recorded with the article number and the date we last verified it, shown on each calculator. Laws change, interpretations differ, and edge cases exist. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us — accuracy is the whole point of this site.
Not affiliated with any government
GulfPaycheck is an independent project. We are not connected to, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of MOHRE, any Gulf ministry, labour authority, or government body. Where we name a law or authority, it's to cite the source — never to imply official status.
Get a binding figure from the right place
For a figure you can rely on, confirm with the relevant ministry or labour authority, your employer's HR, or a qualified lawyer or advisor in your country. For the UAE that's MOHRE; we'll point you to the equivalent body as each country goes live.
Your privacy
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The salary and dates you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere — they stay on your device.
